“This TRIPorganiser tour was a disaster from start to finish. The main reason we booked it was to visit Doune Castle and Dunblane Cathedral — but unbelievably, we missed both. Due to poor planning and time management by the guide, we arrived at Doune Castle after it had closed and were denied entry. No backup plan, no solution — just standing outside locked gates. Then, we found out we were also too late to visit Dunblane Cathedral. Missing one key stop is bad enough — missing both is inexcusable. When the guide realized we were behind schedule, he began driving erratically — speeding through roads, and even texting while driving.…”
