“DO NOT BOOK. We booked 3 months in advance and the morning of, once we had already arrived, they informed us they had overbooked the tour and could not fit us on. Offered barely any solution except coming the next day which we could not because we were leaving Scotland. Staff was incredibly rude. Complete waste of money and time. Infuriating after planning an entire trip across the world to see the Highlands.”
